Application: The automatic wire mesh fence welding machine is mainly used to weld fence and building roof wire netting,

Operation processes: Cross wires and line wires are pre-cut by automatic straightening & cutting machine, the line wires are placed on a corresponding wire penetrating mold by workers, and the cross wires are placed into a corresponding weft groove, and a disc fall feeder is controlled for automatic blanking through a stepper motor; the stepper motor controls a mesh drawing process to ensure accurate and uniform grids.

Both grid size and welding parameters are set by direct input on an operation panel, which is simple and accurate in operation.
